Not just bringing people into the organization and not just keeping them, but it's in between that really engaging them in the journey. And so that's what the portal has been able to do for usCarmen Jandacek
So often people don't understand some of the ancillary benefits that we have. And so we really need to show some of those more infrequently use benefits. And to do that you just need to use technology, right. Being able to do segmentation, to nudge employees to send education and information that's important to them.
When I think about what I expect of my employees as they serve customers externally, I can't expect them to have world class customer service if I'm not giving them world class employee service.

We’re not having to go to 4 or 5 different places to update something around our performance management process, around our next fiscal year’s STI or MAER. We're able to do all of that within the technology. So it's brought some efficiency to us as a team, and it's also continuity in the messaging and what we are sharing, which again, releases some trapped capacity on the team to focus on some more of those strategic initiatives that we have in place.

All of us as Total Rewards professionals have to communicate better. You can't communicate enough in these spaces.
So using things like Total Rewards statements, using things like, the Embark platform that we just installed, from WTW, are all ways that we show the suite and how we deliver the programs that we have.
One of the things that's really critically important to me is marketing and what we have.

So it's really ensuring that you, have really good data that's going in to the system.
And then you really need to partner with the right external company. I knew that was WTW from the beginning.
We are working now to launch a global portal, at a pace that is unprecedented and unheard of. And I'm just going to shout out again, the Towers team.
